The cutout is the warning sign for danger of explosive materials (VGB 125). The exploding part in the lower right is centered exactly above the CPU-socket of the mainboard that is going to be in the case. To get the sign onto the panel I first printed it out and cut out the print. Then I fixed the printout to the panel with scotch tape and transferred the lines. The sign includes some very small parts but it shouldn't be impossible cutting it with the Dremel. The round corners did worry most, because of the quiet small radius.
