Here you can see the glue. There are two nylon washers (I didn't have any normal ones at hand) between the screw-heads and the grill. This is because the grills screw holes are bend inwards. The gap around the blowholes made by screw heads, washers and grill is filled with a double layer of Armaflex-tape (adhesive foam tape).
