The original venting holes have been far too small to allow a decent airflow, which not only lowers air through-put but increases noise, too. Because of this I cut them out and replaced them with chrome fan grills. That's how I did it: First you draw in the desired outlines of the blowhole (you almost can't see the thin pencil-lines on the photo) then you drill some holes as a start for the jigsaw.
